mind giving me a file and line number for this item, I would like to apply the fix locally for it as well. Sorry for the confusion.

One more, the Create Ticket from top left (crumb trail)

Thanks for the quick responses and excellent support!

This appears to have fixed the behavior on this menu. The following are also suffering this behavior.

after doing some testing against your site it seems that what is happening is that while the menu is flying in if you start to move down into the menu it will sometimes behave oddly opening and closing. It seems that some of you menus, (ex: Projects menu in top left) have no gap between the menus but the Issues example I gave has a small gap ...

I tested a bit in IE, and it does not seem to happen.

The menus will flyin while hovering directly over the button (for instance Issues at the top right of normal navigation within a project) however when you move your mouse down to select something from the menu it flies away. This happens very often but not everytime.

Would this call be limited by any permissions. e.g. A developer in Project A needs to assign a ticket to someone in Project B, would the User in project A be able to get a list of project B users?

v3.7.0 Build 2711
I am using the GetUsers to populate a dictionary that I use to lookup the Users' UserIDs when assigning people to tickets.

We recently went though trying to tighten down some of the permissions that users have. However when we remove the user from the Admin group they get this error.
โException has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
User *User's Name here* does not have permission for: get users.โ
Can you provide a list of permissions needed for each of the

Is there anyway to do multiple cascading sorts.
e.g. Sort by Version, Severity, Priority, so that the top most issue would be the Lowest Version, Highest Severity, Highest Priority ticket?
-
Yes, if possible that would be a great enhancement.

Yeah, I am requesting that saved filters be added to the MyWork, so that I can filter MyWork list based on everything i normally am able to filter on in the issues list, or have a setting that let me use the saved issue filters available from everywhere, as it is, If i save the issue Filter in one project page, i cannot use them in another so i ...

I am a member of several projects and would like to be able to set up issue filters that I can see my tickets for a specific project.
So i guess the request really would be to add a saved issue filter to the MyWork page (if something doesnt already exist to accomplish this).

By disabling Anon access as you suggested and setting the Boolean UseWindowsAuth = true, the issue is resolved.
Thanks for your help!
-
Ok Anon access is turned off (was only turned on because that is how we got it to work with the older version)
We are using Windows Auth on the Website, but still having the same issues, detailed in the examples with number 2. Is it expected that all but the Username that is passed into the constructor of the Service manager is apparently ignored

Hello Mark,
I will be following up for Diego on this issue.
We have recently upgraded from using:
Gemini Web Application: v3.5.4 (Build 2435)
WebService DLLs: v3.6.4 (Build 2630)
TO:
Gemini Web Application: v3.7.0 (Build 2711)
WebService DLLs: v3.7.0 (Build 2711)
This was installed on a different (new) server and the database was copied over.

Due to a logic error in my code I was able to add TimeEntries with negative time entries.
This caused the issue the negative time entry to break whenever being viewed through the normal gemini web page.
I would suggest throwing an exception when a user tries to add a negative value as I had to delete the entries directly from the DB.
Thanks for ...
