    set visibility on created issue by client and set visibility to more groups

    Hi,

    how can i set the issue visibility without showing it? I would like to set the visibility of an issue to only manager (after a client creates an issue), so that the support people do not see this issue yet.

    Thanks for the reply.

    actually my question came along from the next issue:

    We would like to assign an issue to a group (project group) of users that can handle this issue, without the other groups to see this (so only the manager and the selected group will get this issue so they can handle it. will this also be in your new development?
    If not, do you also deliver personal solutions?

    When will you release your next version that contains this solution?

    3.1 is due out in October.
