Hi,

By default, when I create an issue, this one is automatically added to my watched issues.
I would like to disable this automatic addition when I'm the creator and the assignee.

Is that possible ?

This is controlled via the Administration -> Notifications

Notifications are settings for the mails and for the creation.
I speak only about watched issue list, when I watch an issue, I receive mail about every updates.
I don't want to have all my issues automatically in my watched issue list, 'my work' is enough.

That is the setting. The notification auto adds you to the watched list.
