I was able to create a Project & logged in as an Admin but when I click on Create Issue I receive an error -
Insufficient user rights

I checked the install documents and I believe I have Gemini configured according to what was in the documentation. Gemini is hosted on a SQL Server 2005 box and checked those perms also and they look correct. Gemini security is using the default.

What did I miss?

Please double check the security scheme for the project and make sure that your user has view project and create issue permissions.

That was it.

The security is much more fine grained now. I just have to go through the docs and figure it how configure my system.
