    Emails not sending

    Hi,

    We are running Gemini 3.0.2.  When I click on Test in the administration tab, emails are working.  Also, I have the box marked 'Yes' on the Administration page for 'Email Issue Resource'.  However, emails are not being sent when I assign a resource to an issue.  Does anyone know what the problem might be?

    What are you using for sending emails? Scheduler?

    Check the error logs for errors.

    Yes, we are using Scheduler.  There is nothing in the error logs during the appropriate timeframe.

    Did you install the scheduler?

    Did you check the windows event log where the service is running?
