i've recently installed version 3.0.3 (after having the same problem with version 3.0.2). i can login and see sample issues, but i cannot enter the administration menu at all in order to insert the license key. i keep getting the error:
The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
i have to say that all the administration files exist in the virtual directory. i also saw that the authorization tag in the web.config file is set to deny. i've changed it to allow, but it had no effect. i've also tried to type the direct URL address of some files in the directory, but i got the same error. i have to say that all other directories can be accessed and has not problem.
i've also tried to give the iusr_... user extended permission to the directory.
the installation process was quite easy. i've installed the web application. installed the sample database (i didn't ran any scripts) and changed the connection string in the web.config file.
