This isn't really a new theme, it's more a reinterpretation of the 'blue' theme; i personally find it a bit easier to work with. Film fans may get the reference. It's the same look.

I have just been revamping some of the existing themes today for 3.0 release -- Blue, Army and a new one called Blue Metal.
