A closed issue is watchable, but in the "My Watched Issues" is not present.

This is by design. Actually, it is after an issue raised by you if I remember correctly.

Before we used to show all watched issues including closed ones. But it did not make sense, now we only show open ones.

I've three issues.

For my convenience, all three issues are linked and two of this are closed.

The reported user of three issues see only one of three issues, but would like to see all three issue.

For the next release, could be foreseen this setting in to "my profile".

For example: "View closed issues:"
