Hi,

I just installed the iPhone app and upgraded my gemini instance to 3.6.3 but nothing shows up in my app.  I don't get an error, just a blank screen.  I believe the iphone app configuration is correct.  is there something else i need to check?

When in the iPhone app did you you configure the url, username and password?

Yes, I have 87 open issues assigned to me.

Can you explain what do you see?
eg. I presume the "Loading..." screen shows up. But after that do you see a title "My Work" on the screen and what buttons at the bottom?

I see a "Work" title at the top.  The app area below that is completely blank.

The buttons at the bottom are a refresh circular arrow and a box+arrow that takes me to configuration.

Ok, that means that the app can't connect to the site (either url issue or username / password).
Can you please double check?

What was done to resolve this as I have the same issue. Upgraded to 3.6.3 confirmed my login details are correct. We use windows auth for SSO but if I use firefox I get promted for pw and the one I tried works.

The iPhone app will not work with windows authentication.

Does the iPhone app. use some specific ports?

Our Gemini installation requires SSL and is only available for port 443. In the URL I just specify:
https://my.business.dk
Is this the way to do it?

Nothing happens when I do this. Can I upload or send you the screen shots? It seems to try to connect and then nothing.

Is your site visible to the web? (eg. the iPhone can connect to it)

Yes, using a browser either from iPhone or laptop.

FYI: We have a firewall that only allows the specific port 443 in to the web server.
