We are buying the hosting version of Gemini. I am trying to import data as a test first into a local copy of Gemini.
I created a flat spreadsheet and it failed constantly on import without telling me the field. There is a button for log, but does nothing until you import (of course, nothting tells you this).
It requires things like "Fixed in Version ID". On top of having an import with spaces in the column name, what if it is not fixed???
So finally I slog through and get it to upload. It uploads the projects, but not the issues. What good are projects without issues, those I could type.
I am using version 3.6.1 build 2571. Is there a working version?
I am at the point of wanting to can Gemini all together, if they cannot get a simple import right - how will the software be?
So to get by the latest issue - why will it import projects and not issues and not give a warning?
