I start the Desktop, it shows the window, starts to load data and then crashes.
Desktop v 3.6.2, not sure about version of the web, how to check?
Time tracker and MSVS plugin works well

Please check your web app version by logging in and the version should be at the bottom of the page and on the bottom left hand side of stats in the main page.

When it crashes, what do you get? an exception or is it just goes away?
Can you please check windows event viewer for errors as well?

Can you try it on another PC? or does it happen on more than 1?

I've tried.

They have another issue - they can't register. Their computers are behind a corporate firewall which has password security enabled. They can't register, the program says password to Geminy does not match.

My PC can connect directly and I can register and have symptoms noted above.

What errors (in DebugView) do they get? It should still work with a firewall as it is using the normal HTTP port (unless you have specified another).

After several rounds of trying and changing settings on proxy server I was able to connect *trough* proxy.
But now I can't edit issues. When I open issue, set myself as assigned person and change status to Assigned and click Save & Close I get this error:
