Access denied trying to create a new project from a template

Hi guys,
I was just trying out the 3.5.0 (Build 2329) Beta 1 version. I had created a project template and the browser had prompted me to save the zip file which I did, to my local disk.
Subsequently attempting to create a new project based on that template, I filled in the necessary fields and selected the zip file. When I clicked the create button, however, an error occurred, resulting in a system log error message "
Access to the path 'C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Gemini\App_Data\projecttemplate' is denied
.".
I found that path did not even exist (projecttemplate not existing in the App_Data folder) so I created it. Trying again I got the system log error message "
Access to the path 'C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Gemini\App_Data\projecttemplate\GeminiTemplate.xml' is denied
.".
Finally, I managed to get this to work by granting the IIS_WPG account write permissions to the projecttemplate folder. Is that the most appropriate/secure solution?
Thanks,
Nigel.

Subsequently also had to grant Modify permissions to allow overwrite of the XML file.

Yes, Unfortunately, you have to give permission at the moment. We are looking to change that for the full release.
